4月23日，中央主題教育第三十七指導組組長蔣卓慶帶隊深入中國科學院上海分院開展調研座談。
座談會上，蔣卓慶聽取了上海分院關于科技創新情況和相關調研內容的專題匯報，征求了對進一步改進完善相關工作的意見建議，與上海分院系統部分研究所負責同志進行了深入交流研討。
蔣卓慶指出，上海分院要落實好習近平總書記對中科院提出的“四個率先”和“兩加快一努力”目標要求，履行好國家戰略科技力量的使命擔當；要堅持和加強黨的領導和黨的建設，充分發揮“把方向、管大局、保落實”的領導作用；要按照中科院黨組的部署推動好科技體制機制創新，結合全國重點實驗室重組、基礎研究特區計劃實施等，在選題機制、組織模式、管理方式等方面深化改革創新；要利用好已有的基礎條件和平臺優勢，進一步聚焦主責主業，充分融入上海科創中心建設，成為增強科技創新能力的重要力量，打造上海分院系統科技創新“核爆點”。
